Every KYNTSU order is packed and shipped from Israel.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2-4 business days.

International delivery

International shipping is free. Because our pieces ship internationally from Israel, delivery can take longer than domestic shipping. As a general estimate, allow 7-14 business days from dispatch for most destinations. This means a typical end-to-end window is around 9-18 business days from the time you place the order.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, carrier processing and local delivery conditions can extend the timeframe.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Customs & import charges
