Return window

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights in the destination country.

Condition

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable law, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

For a size exchange or another eligible exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider and bank.
