Where does KYNTSU ship from?

All orders are shipped from Israel.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually prepared within 2-4 business days. International delivery is generally estimated at 7-14 business days from dispatch, so a typical end-to-end window is around 9-18 business days. Customs or carrier delays can extend the timeframe.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on the destination, local duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. When applicable, these are the customer's responsibility.

What are KYNTSU pieces made from?

Our current collection uses 316L stainless steel with black PVD finishes and gold PVD detailing, as specified on each product page.

How do I choose my ring size?

See our Size Guide before ordering. The Forged Ring and The Signet currently use US sizes 9, 10 and 11.

What size is the Fractured Cuff?

The cuff currently comes in one standard L size, with an open design that allows slight adjustment. See the Size Guide for the target dimensions.

How long is The Dog Tag chain?

The Dog Tag currently comes with a 60 cm / 24 in chain.

Can I return an item?
